Outbound calls, done properly.
Inspra calls only the people on the lists you upload, and you record where each person's consent came from. Here's how Inspra helps you stay within Australian rules, and what's still your job.
What Inspra does
Consent source on upload
When you upload a list, you say where each person's consent came from (for example a web form or a past purchase).
Consent expiry flag
If consent was given with no end date, we flag it after 3 months so you can check it's still current.
Calling hours
Calls go out only within the calling hours set for each campaign, with public holidays excluded.
Instant opt-out
Anyone can say they don't want more calls, and they're taken off your list straight away. SMS messages include an unsubscribe.
Caller identification
Your AI says who it's calling for.
