Does my AI only answer calls?

How many calls can it answer at once?

Your AI answers them both. Starter takes up to 3 calls at once, Growth 5 and Scale 8.

Can I keep my number?

Yes. Forward your existing number to an Inspra number (free in the trial), or connect your own phone line (SIP). Call charges from your phone provider are billed by them.

What if a caller needs a person?

Your AI takes their details, and your team calls them back during your hours.

How many minutes are included?

Starter includes 500 minutes a month. Growth includes 1,000 minutes a month. Scale includes 1,500 minutes a month. Extra minutes cost $0.25/min.

What's in the free trial?

14-day free trial. Build and test your receptionist in your browser. No card needed. Live phone calls are not part of the free trial.

Can it make outbound calls?

Yes. Your AI can call back people who just rang. It can also call your own list of past customers who agreed to hear from you. Outbound uses free lines only, so incoming calls come first. Calls go out only within the calling hours set for each campaign, with public holidays excluded, and anyone can opt out on the call. You're responsible for consent on your list.
