Inspra Cookie Policy — Version 1.2 — effective 12 October 2026
Cookie Policy
Genius365 Pty Ltd, trading as Inspra — Version 1.2 — effective 12 October 2026
1. About this policy
1.1 Who we are
This policy is published by Genius365 Pty Ltd ABN 50 679 963 967, trading as Inspra ("Inspra", "we", "us", "our"), of Level 10, 3 Bowen Crescent, Melbourne VIC 3004. In this policy, "you" means anyone who visits our websites, uses our platform or receives our emails.
1.2 What it covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, who receives the information and your choices. It covers:
- inspra.ai, our main website, including the contact form and the "call the agent" voice demo
- book.inspra.ai, our demo booking page
- platform.inspra.ai, including the public sign-up and login pages, the logged-in platform and our documentation at platform.inspra.ai/docs
- white-label partner domains where our platform runs under a partner's brand, such as yourname.platform.inspra.ai or a partner's own domain
- emails we send about our own products and services.
1.3 How it relates to our other documents
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information generally, including access, correction and complaints. Where a technology in this policy collects personal information, our Privacy Policy also applies. For our customers, this policy is one of the policies listed in clause 4A of our Customer Terms. If this policy is inconsistent with the Customer Terms, the Customer Terms prevail.
1.4 Partner domains and partners' own sites
When our platform runs on a white-label partner's domain, the technologies described in section 4.3 are set by our platform, even though the domain shows the partner's brand. This policy does not cover a partner's own websites, apps or marketing. The partner's own policies apply to those.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
We use "cookies" in this policy to cover all of the following:
- Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. First-party cookies are set by the site you visit, third-party cookies by another domain. Session cookies end when you close your browser; persistent cookies last until they expire or you delete them.
- Local storage and session storage let a website store information in your browser. Local storage stays until it is cleared. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. Your browser's cookie settings may not control them.
- Pixels and web beacons are small pieces of code or tiny images that tell a provider, such as Meta, that a page was viewed or an action was taken.
- Scripts and software development kits (SDKs) are code loaded from another provider's servers. When your browser fetches them, the provider receives your IP address and browser details, even if no cookie is set.
- Bot-detection widgets check signals from your browser and device to tell people apart from automated programs.
- Email tracking uses a tiny image or tracked links in an email to show whether it was opened and which links were clicked.
- Microphone access is a browser permission, not a cookie. A website can use your microphone only if you allow it.
3. Categories we use
We group the technologies we use into four categories.
| Category | What it means | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Needed for a service you ask for, such as signing in, keeping your account secure, checking for bots and preventing payment fraud. | You can block them in your browser, but the site or feature will not work properly. |
| Functional or preferences | Remembers your choices, such as light or dark mode, or loads resources a page needs to display, such as fonts. | Yes. The page may look different or reset your choices. |
| Performance and analytics | Counts visits and measures how fast pages load so we can fix problems and improve our sites. | Yes. Some of these tools set no cookies, so you may need a content blocker rather than cookie settings. |
| Marketing and advertising | Records how you found us and measures how our advertising performs. | Yes, using your browser or a content blocker. See section 6. |
4. Technologies by site
The tables below describe the technologies our sites use at the date of this policy. We check our sites when we update this policy and before we add a new technology.
4.1 inspra.ai
Our main website sets no cookies and no local or session storage when a page loads. We serve our fonts from our own servers, and we do not use analytics or advertising tags. Two features use other technologies:
| Name and provider | Type and category | Purpose | Data and recipients | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) | Bot-detection widget. Strictly necessary. | Checks that a person, not a bot, is using the contact form or voice demo. It loads only when the form or demo comes into view. | Browser and device signals, including your IP address, sent to Cloudflare, Inc. | The check runs from Cloudflare's own domain. Any cookies or storage it uses there are set by Cloudflare under its own policies. |
| Voice demo (microphone and real-time audio connection) | Browser permission and real-time audio connection. Strictly necessary for the demo. | Lets you talk to our demo AI agent after you allow microphone access. | Your voice and the conversation. Our service providers process it as it happens, and some may be outside Australia; they do not keep it, although they may keep basic technical details. We store our own copy securely in Australia. | We delete our copy after 7 days. Your browser decides how long it remembers your permission. |
| Contact form | Form sent to our own systems. Not a cookie. | Lets you ask us for a demo or more information. | What you enter, sent to our own systems in Australia. If we follow up, your details are kept in our customer relationship management system. | 7 days on our website systems. Follow-up records as set out in our Privacy Policy. |
4.2 book.inspra.ai
Our demo booking page runs on GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), which also hosts our CRM. When you book, the details you enter go to our CRM, and GoHighLevel can link them with information about how you reached us.
| Name and provider | Type and category | Purpose | Data and recipients | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| msgsndr_id (GoHighLevel) | Cookie. Analytics and marketing. | Gives your browser a visitor identifier so GoHighLevel can recognise repeat visits and link them to your booking. | A random identifier and your visit activity, sent to GoHighLevel. | 1 year. |
| ghl_analytics_user_id (GoHighLevel) | Local storage. Analytics. | Identifies your browser for GoHighLevel's page analytics. | An identifier and page activity, sent to GoHighLevel. | Until you clear it. |
| v2_contact_session_<id>_session_id v2_history_<id> v2_session_history_<id> v3_first_session_event_<id> (GoHighLevel) | Local storage. Marketing. | Records how you reached us, including the visit source, referring site, search keyword and ad source, so we can see which campaigns lead to bookings. | Visit and session history, sent to GoHighLevel. | Until you clear it. |
| wl (GoHighLevel) | Local storage. Functional. | Stores the booking page's white-label web address so it displays correctly. | A web address only. It contains no information about you. | Until you clear it. |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com) | Script. Performance and analytics. | Counts page views and measures page speed. | Page address, referring site, browser details and IP address, sent to Cloudflare. | Sets no cookies or storage. |
| Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) | Third-party resource. Functional. | Displays the page's fonts. | Your IP address and browser details, sent to Google. | Sets no cookies. |
| Other hosts, including code.jquery.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com, storage.googleapis.com and leadconnectorhq.com | Third-party resources. Strictly necessary. | Load the code libraries, scripts and images the page needs. | Your IP address and browser details, sent to each host (including the jQuery CDN operator, Cloudflare, Google and GoHighLevel). | They set no cookies on the page. |
4.3 platform.inspra.ai and partner domains
These technologies apply to the public sign-up and login pages, the logged-in platform and white-label partner domains.
| Name and provider | Type and category | Purpose | Data and recipients | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in and security cookies or storage (Inspra) | Cookies or browser storage. Strictly necessary. | Keep you signed in and secure your account. | A session identifier. Not shared with third parties. | Until you sign out or your session expires. |
| genius365-theme (Inspra) | Local storage. Functional. | Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. | Your display setting only. Stays in your browser. | Until you clear it. |
| Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel) | Script loaded through our own domain. Performance. | Measures how quickly platform pages load. | Page address, device and browser type and speed measurements, sent to Vercel Inc. | Sets no cookies or storage. |
| Sign in with Google or Microsoft | Third-party sign-in. Strictly necessary if you choose it. | Lets you sign in with an existing Google or Microsoft account. | Google and Microsoft set cookies on their own domains under their own policies. We receive the basic profile details you agree to share, such as your name and email address. | Set by Google or Microsoft. |
| Payment form (Stripe) | Script and cookies, on our payment form or Stripe's own payment page. Strictly necessary. | Takes card payments, such as for credit and plans, and helps prevent fraud. | Card, device and browser information, sent directly to Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. | Stripe sets fraud-prevention cookies, such as __stripe_mid (1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes), under its own policies. |
| Documentation (platform.inspra.ai/docs) | Local storage, script and third-party resource. Functional and performance. | Help pages for using the platform. They use the display setting and speed measurement above, and load fonts from Google Fonts. | Your display setting stays in your browser. Speed measurements go to Vercel Inc. When fonts load, your IP address and browser details go to Google. | Sets no cookies. |
4.4 Our emails
Our sales and marketing emails, which may be sent through GoHighLevel, may include a tiny tracking image and tracked links. Where they do, these show when an email is opened, on what type of device, and which links are clicked, so we can measure interest and improve our emails. We keep any such information with your contact record in our CRM.
5. Third parties and overseas recipients
The main providers below receive information through the technologies in section 4. They store or process it mainly in the United States, and may also use other countries where they operate.
| Provider | What it does for us | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Google LLC | Fonts, code and image hosting, and sign in with Google. | book.inspra.ai, platform |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Bot checks (Turnstile), web analytics and code hosting. | inspra.ai, book.inspra.ai |
| HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel and LeadConnector) | Hosts our booking page and CRM, and may send our emails. | book.inspra.ai, emails |
| Vercel Inc. | Performance measurement. | platform |
| Microsoft Corporation | Sign in with Microsoft. | platform |
| Stripe | Payments and fraud prevention. | platform |
Some providers, including Google, also use the information for their own purposes under their own terms and privacy policies, such as improving their services. We do not control that use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle overseas disclosures.
6. Your choices
You can control these technologies in the following ways:
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies and clear local and session storage (often under "site data"). You can do this for one site or all sites.
- Content blockers. Browser extensions or privacy browsers can stop scripts such as cookieless analytics from loading.
- Email tracking. Turn off automatic image loading in your email app to stop open tracking. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
- Microphone. You can refuse microphone access when the voice demo asks, and withdraw it at any time in your browser's site settings. The demo will not work without it, but the rest of our website will.
If you block strictly necessary cookies or storage, you may not be able to sign in, stay signed in, pay or use some features. Blocking other technologies will not stop our sites from working, though you may see a different page layout or lose saved preferences.
Our sites do not currently show a cookie consent banner, so the controls above are how you manage these technologies.
7. Customers' own use
Our customers and white-label partners may connect our platform to their own websites or apps. A customer or partner that does this is responsible for telling its own visitors, callers and users about the technologies on its site, including ours, and for obtaining any consent it needs. This forms part of a customer's obligations under clause 12.1 and Schedule 2 of our Customer Terms.
We will give customers reasonable information about the cookies and similar technologies our platform uses, so they can prepare their own notices.
8. Changes to this policy
We review this policy regularly and before we add a new tracking technology. Each version is dated, and earlier versions remain available at https://inspra.ai/legal.
If you are a customer, clause 14 of our Customer Terms applies to changes to this policy. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that is likely to have a materially adverse impact on you, or give you as much notice as practicable if the change is needed to deal with an urgent situation, and you may end your licence and receive a refund as clause 14 sets out. For everyone else, changes apply from the date shown at the top of the updated policy.
